Do you serve pork ribs or beef?
We serve only the finest pork spare ribs.
How is the food packed?
The food is packed in a cardboard box and then placed into a cooler. The product is fully cooked, frozen, packed in ice. Do not eat the product if it arrives with an internal temperature over 60 degrees F.
Which days can I send out a package 2-day air?
Orders placed before 12 noon Central Time on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will ship the same day and deliver on the second day.
Orders placed after 12 noon CT on Wednesday, or on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday for delivery the following Wednesday.
Which days can I overnight a package?
Orders placed before 12 noon Central Time on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will ship the same day and deliver on the next day.
Orders placed after 12 noon CT on Wednesday, or before noon on Thursday will deliver Friday.
Orders placed after 12 noon CT on Thursday or before noon Friday will deliver Saturday.
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are not available for overnight delivery.
What are my shipping options?
We offer standard 2-day shipping and which allows your package to arrive two days after the order ships from our facility. If you would like your package to arrive sooner, you may select to have your package shipped overnight at an additional charge.
Is there an additional charge for a Saturday delivery?
Yes. An additional charge will be applied to all Saturday deliveries. This charge will be in addition to regular shipping and handling and overnight charges already assessed.
What do I do with the food when it arrives?
The food needs to be refrigerated within 24 hrs or you should refreeze the product.
How long does it take to thaw the meat?
It can be thawed in the refrigerator within 12 hours. Never let meat thaw out at room temperature.
Will there be heating instructions in my package?
We include handling and preparation instructions in each package shipped from our facility. That information may also be found on our website.
Do you ship overseas?
No. Not at this time.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We are happy to ship our products to Alaska and Hawaii. We do charge an additional fee of $15 for packages sent to these locations. The $15 charge is applied per address.
Please note that this charge will not display on your web confirmation; the charge will be added to the total when the order is released.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
At this time we are unable to ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO boxes, or foreign countries.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, as we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product or the timeliness of its delivery when shipped via this method.
Will there be an invoice in the package?
We do not include any invoices or receipts in the packages. When you place your order online you will receive a receipt via email once your order is complete.
Can I pay by credit card?
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit card charges are assessed at the time that the order is placed. Because of this, charges may show up on your credit card statement before the package is shipped.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
It is best to allow us 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping. After that, your order should arrive at its destination within two days. Because we guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition, we use either FedEx or UPS shipping services that ensure timely delivery and delivery confirmation. We only ship Monday - Wednesday for delivery within two days, except when holidays interfere. For faster delivery, ask about our overnight shipping rates

Can I have an exact shipping or delivery date?
We do our best to ship your package on the date specified by you; if possible, otherwise we will ship it on the next available shipping date. Your shipping date will be listed on your email order confirmation.
Orders received after 12:00 pm Central Time on Wednesday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday unless Next Day Delivery is requested.
Holiday ship dates are always subject to change. Holiday packages may be shipped earlier than requested to ensure holiday delivery or to accommodate carrier’s shipping schedules
Will I be notified when my order ships?
When your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. The shipping confirmation will confirm the date of shipment and provides you with the tracking number of your package so that you may track its progress through the UPS or FedEx website.
How can I track my package once it’s shipped?
You may track your order by using the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation sent to your email address. This will be the only confirmation we will send.
How long can the meat safely go without refrigeration?
Because of the smoking and curing process used by Neely’s BBQ, our products can be without refrigeration for 3-5 days. Items are shipped frozen and may arrive at their destination thawed.
Can the products be re-frozen?
Yes, Neely’s BBQ products may be refrozen and stored in your freezer for 3-6 months.
How long can the products be kept in the refrigerator?
Neely’s BBQ products may be kept in your refrigerator for 7-10 days. If you don’t plan to serve them within that time period, please place them in your freezer where they will keep for 3-6 months.
What if I’m not satisfied with the product that I receive?
Neely’s BBQ guarantees that you must be completely satisfied, or we will make it right - with an appropriate exchange or refund.
We regret that we cannot extend our Unconditional Guarantee to orders for which we have been given an incorrect delivery address or that have been shipped to a P.O. Box address.
Why can’t I view my order online?
Entering an incorrect email address and/or account password is the most common reason for being unable to view online order information. Your user information is stored exactly as you entered it, and any differences in capitalization, spacing, etc will keep you from being able to access the account.
Is there some way to store all of my “ship to” addresses so that I don’t have to enter them each time?
Once you’ve established an online account, you may enter recipient information into your online address book. These names will be saved with your account information and you will be able to access them when placing future orders.
Do I have to be home to receive my shipment?
We do not require a signature for delivery of Neely’s BBQ items; therefore a recipient does not need to be home to accept delivery. UPS and/or FedEx drivers are asked to leave our packages at any exterior door location.
Why do you only ship packages Monday through Wednesday?
We only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to allow our products time to arrive before a weekend, thus keeping them from sitting in a UPS or FedEx warehouse for several days. During peak holiday weeks, these days may change.
Why do you only ship second-day or overnight?
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we require that our packages arrive quickly and in good condition. The two-day standard and overnight shipping options allow us to get it there in a safe and timely manner.
Can I substitute items in a gift basket?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make substitutions to our gift boxes at this time. |
